First Time Users
When you use Call24 for the first time, you’ll need:
- The Call24 phone number: 713-864-1400 or 877-864-1400
- Your HHCU Member Number
- Your PIN
Call24 will prompt you through all the account transactions and inquiries as you go. Just follow the simple instructions!
