If you’re looking to establish or improve your credit history, a credit builder loan is a smart, affordable way to start. It’s perfect for anyone with little to no credit history, or for those working to rebuild after financial setbacks.

Here’s how it works:

We lend you a small amount, which we hold in a secured account while you make affordable monthly payments. Once the loan is paid off, the full amount (plus interest earned!) is yours to keep.

We offer two different credit building loans for our members:

Credit Builder Step-Up Loan

A member or potential member will be put on a plan to start off with a $1,000.00 loan and then progress through to a $5,000.00 loan. The proceeds of the credit building loan are frozen in a savings account until the loan is paid in full. Payments are flexible and can be set up weekly, monthly, bi-weekly, etc. Interest rates are fixed and decrease during each phase of the loan.

Credit Builder Single Loan

Establish or build your credit with our credit builder single loan. Unlike our step-up loan, you can choose to start with a $1,000.00 or higher loan amount and make easy, monthly payments over a fixed term. We report your on-time payments to the credit bureaus to help boost your credit. When the loan is paid off, the full amount is yours to keep! Loan rates are based on creditworthiness and credit score.
